Open up chatgpt and just list out all your to-dos for the week. Don’t organize them-just got ‘finish the client proposal, make the dentist appointment, fix the website glitch, prep for meeting on Tuesday, go to the store, respond to those three emails’ and blurt them out.

Your turn. Then say. ‘prioritize these tasks..
Which have i to do first?
Which can wait till tomorrow?
Or later in the week?’
chatgpt will organize them and give you an action plan. Now you have a real plan, not a panic list.
time blocking with ai
Say:”i have 8 hours of work time on monday. Here are my tasks. Make me a time-blocked schedule for my day with breaks.” it gives you the plan of the whole day. Adapt it if needed, but having that structure is 80% of the battle.
daily check-in
Each morning, take 2min and ask ai what you’re should focus on, such as, ‘it’s wednesday, here was I was able to complete and heres what I have left to do. What should I work on today?’ This will help you stay on track without having to reevaluate everything from scratch.
weekly review
On friday, tell ai what you completed and what you didn’t. Have it explain how you could have completed your different tasks more effectively, and in doing so, find out how to better manage your time next week. Over time this file will teach you a lot about your productivity.
This routine is abouit 10 minuts but its can change the way that you feels about your week – from disorder to under control.
